Refund Policy

General Terms

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as it is automatically processed by our system and sent directly to the preparation and packaging center. This process includes reserving the item and preparing it for shipment, making cancellation impossible.

Orders that are already in transit also cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return in accordance with our return policy. This system ensures fast and efficient delivery for all customers.

 


Product Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Since the product is a hygienic device (used directly on the body), we cannot accept returns if the massager has been used, even once. This policy is in place to ensure safety and hygiene and to prevent any health risks, including potential infection transmission.

If we detect signs of use, the return will be fully rejected.

If you wish to return a product due to dissatisfaction, you can take advantage of our EnvyCurvs Program, which includes a 30-day Results Guarantee designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.


Returning Defective Products

We offer a full refund or a free replacement for massagers that are found to be defective within 30 days of receipt.

To confirm the defect, you must provide a video demonstration of the issue. Examples of possible issues include:

• The device is not working.

• Charging issues.

• The device does not turn on when pressing the button.

• Any other defects.

If you are unable to provide a video, you may ship the product back to the address we will provide. After inspection by our specialist, we will issue a refund. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

For a full refund or free replacement, a video is mandatory. The video must clearly demonstrate the issue to allow us to resolve it quickly.

We may process a refund or send a new product without requiring the return of the defective product, provided that the video evidence confirms the issue.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Product Exchanges

Returning Items (Shipping)

To return a product, contact us at info@envycurvs.com for return instructions.


• You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

• For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
